we just got in 300 sugar Apple seeds of a no split variety. This is what I have been told from a reliable source. We will sell these at a $1.00 each with a minimum of 10 per order plus shipping. Advise any interest. We will sell 200 of these while they last. This is a green sugar apple vaiety.

Just spoke with Erik Tietig from PIN. For clarrification, no fruit is allowed to be transported outside the quarantine zone! Wow. Got to be devestating to many businesses.

I believe fruit sales will continue but I would be careful from who it's purchased as to people selling out of their vehicles and such. I don't have all the info yet. Hopefully later today I can get more info.

I was down in the" Redland" this morning. In MIAMI just so there is no confusion. This is what I know so far. Effective 9-5-15 81 sq miles of the "Redland" will be under a quarantine. They have trapped 111!oriental fruit flys all together. None in 6 days ( which is good) but before they can declare it contained or eradicated it must go through two life cycles approx 60 days. There will be additional news as to exact protocols of what is and is not allowed. Ariel spraying will start soon. As more correct info becomes available I will post it or others can. With hundreds of fruit growers both commercial and private along with many small mom and pop nurseries the job the dept of agriculture will have its hands full. Let's hope they get a quick handle on this.

Just found out that as of this Saturday there will be protocols put in place for people in the Redlands to follow, I will be down there tomorrow and will post whatever I find out.

Oriental fruit fly has been detected in large quantities in the Redlands.
From what I have heard over 100 species of trees and plants will be on the quarantine list.
I have not seen the map yet but from what I am being told. It covers a large part of the Redlands. Will
Keep this updated as I learn more.
