I have a plant from seed that flowered from seed in a few months, it was very rootbound so it never fruited but it probably would have if it's in ground. It's in ground now and will probably fruit once the season comes again. Very fast growing for me

I would said over 30 years old.  I inherit it 10 years ago and the tree is huge.  Go check on my posted, I had a picture of it there.
