We will celebrate two years on the NET this New Years! Our renewal was just posted and paid for another year! In upcoming months we may offer rare tropical fruit plants/trees to help with funding our future! We are self supported and free to all as always!
We look forward to many years to come!!
-
My thanks to you and the other mods that keep this place going! Hurray! ;D
-
Thanks for doing such a great job, this site is awesome! And if you are offering rare tropical fruit trees in the upcoming months, reserve me a spot! ;D
-
Thanks, coming here is much more fun and rewarding than going to some message board and arguing politics, religion or sports - that stuff never seems to grow and you can't eat it. :)
-
Thank you for all your hard work. This definitely my favorite website. I can't wait to see what trees you offer for a fund raiser.
-
This is definitely the Internet's finest tropical fruit discussion Forum!

I check this site more often than my email. You guys have created a Utopia and should be very proud that we all are enjoying the 'fruits' of your labor. So how will this tree sale work and when will it be? Are we talking auction or you list a plant and a price and the first one to say "mine" gets it? I just need to know how often to refresh my browser to make sure I get first crack

Fantastic forum! Thanks so much.

This forum is worse than drugs! Use it quick before it's made illegal. ;) Happy anniversary to all. I think it's a good idea to sell plants/seeds/cuttings to raise your operating expenses. And you might even raise a little bit extra for fun projects, like Grimal estate restoration?
-
Thank you guys!
Well done!
I really enjoy this forum! Excellent quality!
Obrigado!

Patrick - great idea, great setup, great operation!
And I like the fact everyone is very respectful
and generally nice to each other......

This forum is an incredible resource and I've met some really amazing individuals through it. I'm very grateful for the founders' and moderators' hard work and dedication, and to everyone else for putting in the time to make this such a fascinating site.

Thank you for the time and financial support of these forums.

Thank you, Thank you, Mods every where for great forum! :) 8)

Congrats, and thank you for this great forum.

You mods and founder(s) of this Forum have done such a wonderful job that I thought you'd been around longer than two years.
This is the best Forum that I've seen on the Internet, and I'm very proud to be a member of it. Please keep doing the wonderful job that you've been doing. Since joining this Forum I've met some very wonderful people. My fruit tree hobby has been very positively affected by this Forum. Also, not to get too heavy, but this Forum has come through in assisting me on my ongoing quest to be just one more free, effective, positive force, which this World can surely use and is in such great need of. As I'm fond of saying, may you guys live a thousand years; only? Thanks for everything.

Congratulations and thanks for this international meeting point

Ditto all of the above! Nice job and congrats!

I, for one, am bit unhappy with this forum and its founders. It seems that it causes me to spend an inordinate amount of time reading and writing about tropical fruit trees, and other less important subjects, taking me away from my work and family. One particular moderator/administrator/founder is highly capricious and dictatorial. And there are numerous members that cause me tremendous tropical fruit envy. So thanks a lot for forcing me to hang out in this forum, suffering all the while. I will definitely be making a New Year's resolution to continue and intensify my complaints as outlined above. ;)
-
Great forum, best info available on tropical fruits. Keep up the fantastic work.
-
Thank you for creating and maintaining this forum! And if supporting the forum financially means that I get some more rare tropical fruit trees, count me in!

I'm happy that i found this site because since then I have learne a lot of new stuff and meet some awesome people and much more, hope this site keeps going for more 10 years atleast.

This is a great place, thank you for starting and maintaining it.
I can offer a couple of plants for the forum. I have a Queen Avocado grafted on West Indies root stock in 7 gal pot.
I also have a Malama Avocado that can be auctioned or sold for the forum.

This forum sucks, my wife constantly complains of my activities and/or moderating at odd hours.
And it's addicting as you know what...
-
I may be a newbie, but I am thankful to have found you guys. :) The information and knowledge found here (and amongst your members) has been very helpful!

Just throwing this idea out there. Why not have a raffle for either:
a) something cool like a Zills experimental mango tree that perhaps he wasn't going to release to the public that he would donate
b) a bunch of us kick in some stuff (I would be more than happy to as I have doubles of a ton of cool stuff) and make a massive gift basket and sell raffle tickets. If someone were to add professional grafting services to the basket, I would buy every ticket available!
It takes all of the fun of getting stuff and adds in the excitement of gambling. Throw a bottle of blue label onto the pile and we have a party.
I know I would buy a bunch of tickets even if I was just winning back my own junk. Everyone loves to hit the jackpot!

I hate to be redundant, but thank you all. Tropical fruit people in general are a pretty great group and this forum is a great place to interact and learn.

This has been the most rewarding tropical fruit site there is. Grateful to all who work so hard to keep it going and grateful for the many friends I have made participating!!
-
Thanks to everyone(mods, admin, forum member etc), that made this site possible. Thanks to this site, I found my new hobby after suffering from Guillain Barre syndrome/GBS(look it up, if you don't know what it is, esp mr. plantlover13;).
-
:) Thank you guys for all you do for this site!
It's a great place for like minded people to come together. I'm grateful for it, for I've learnt so much, and meet such wonderful people on the way.. 8)
