Check with Tropical Acres aka Squam256 or forum member dongeorgio.

unless M4 goes by a different name, don't think either of them currently are offering them.

Correct. Both of them do not have M-4 scions on their availability list....although they have the tree (at least squam does).

Yeah...you never know...

But I did ask squam about newer variety scions and there is an intentional reason why the scion availability list is a subset of the trees he has.

Already asked dongeorgio, it was a no go. I'll try Squam.

Thanks!

Agree, nothing happens if you don't ask.

Asked Squam about E4, and he said something about growing them out in the hopes of getting max fruit next season. That is why he wasn't selling budwood of E4 yet. Same may be true of M4.

You may have better luck with enthusiasts and hobbyists who will go out and prep a few sticks for you but do not sell and are not set up to sell.
Offer shipping or provide a shipping label and your chances go up since then they are only spending the time to prep the scion for you.
I do have one M4 but cant prep budwood for you this cycle, the plant is young and is only now recovering from being planted next to an aggressive plant that was chocking its roots out.

Prepping is not needed.

I know this isn't the discussion forum but are the M-4 trees hardier than Coconut Cream? That's why I'd like to see if the M-4 will do better in our extreme climate. My STs and LZs do pretty good out here but the CC seems like it is affected by the climate the most, doesn't like the heat or the cold. Plus it grows all crazy, and doesn't stay uniform no matter how I trim it. Did produce 2 delicious fruits last year though (didn't let it hold fruit this year).
