is there an easy way to get sugar cane juice?

Hi.......wondering if anyone knows a simple and easy way to get sugar cane juice, from the cane?
I don't have one of those big roller squeezing machines, and I prefer juice to chewing it.
All I have is a kitchen juicer, which worked........but it was a lot of work for a little juice............and the machine didn't sound so good (even though I'd sliced and peeled it).

The short answer is.......no. Those heavy rolling machines are the best, but obviously expensive method of cane juice extraction.  Most juicers will not get the same results and will risk burn up.  There have been several discussions about this, I think back on Garden Web.  Some people were trying to design their own machinery, not sure how all that went. You might check there to see if there have been any further developments.
