This year one of my sweet tart mango trees has all the fruit starting to rot prior to ripening. Any one else having this problem?

I cant see any in thise pictures but do you see any distinct star patterns in the middle of the spots that turn black and rot? Is the rotting initiating from the stem down or on random areas of the fruit? What care have you been giving them since beginning of fruit set?
