So you're the one who kept elbowing me when I tried to get at the mangos?      ;)

(Though I have to say that I'm not usually called an old lady except when I'm driving 45 mph on I-95.)

Truly Tropical is amazing.  When they first open their gates, it is a black friday-like rush to grab the quality mangos before they are all taken. That being said, it was totally worth pushing the old ladies out of the way for a haul like this:

Just came back from TT an hour ago. Lots of ripe mangoes. Scored some Southern Blush (huge), Jakarta (big), Cushman, Choc-anon, Cogshall, Fairchild, Dupuis Saigon, MXM (mulgoba x mulgoba), Florigon, Carrie, PPK. Talked with Chris a bit and introduced my self to Har (Gubanabanus). Cool guy :) .

I'm thinking about driving up to TT tomorrow, anyone know what mangoes they have available now and what they charge per lb?

$3/lb for most stuff.  They have a blog with info.  www.delraymango.blogspot.com

You should check out walter zill's place too....pretty close to TT.

Thanks for the info.  I'm planning on stopping by Walter Zill's too, not going to drive an hour each way without making the most of it!  Fortunately Zill's posted their pricing and availability so that question is already answered.

Noticed your post about the Grahams, doesn't bode well for my little tree which I had high hopes for next year!  Hoping to find someone selling Grahams before season's over so I can judge for myself.  ;)

at mango mania, chris rollins stated that the grahams are different each year (taste-wise), and good every 5th year or so.  They are definitely different, not really sweet.
