Hey everyone. I planted a Beverly mango about two years ago for a late season variety. The tree is now about 8ft tall with a 4-5 in trunk. This year is my 1st real crop, quite heavy in fact. The tree is dropping fruit early and I decided to cut some open.
All of the early fruit I have cut have tons of fiber and very stringy, when the variety is supposed to be fiberless. i am trying to determine why the fruit has so much fiber?
Thanks in advance.
