Mulberry ID please?

This plant is simply referred to as mulberry here.  No one seems to know which species it is.

I also thought it might be Morus nigra, but according to a few websites M. nigra is described as

I'm living in Hot tropical wet and dry region.  That's why I am confused.  Could this be some other specie?
