WTB Avocado seeds for grafting
« on: June 19, 2019, 12:00:03 PM »
My usual source doesn't seem to have any.
Looking for seeds that handle salt and root rot.
Thank you.

Quick update on finding seeds to graft avocado scions onto. I talked to the people who sell slimcaddos and they are about to hit the stores (Fiesta) being the main one mentioned for the Houston area.
Although these will work, I would prefer a better cultivar for my area something more cold hardy and salt tolerant. I will start with those and keep looking for something better.

Also looking for the same. The more salt and cold tolerant, the better.

Thanks!
