During my recent travels in Ladakh, I came across this fruit, the juice of which is supposed to be good for health.
The fruit has a nice sour taste.

It is called seaberry in english.Hippophae Rhamnoides.Most healthy fruit in the world.I made a forum about it here if you want to read.
