Out of respect to and in honor of creators hard work and legal issues, can someone please advise on which mango varieties are patented?
Really appreciate your help.
Thanks

What does it mean when nursery plants are patented or trademarked?
http://extension.oregonstate.edu/gardening/what-does-it-mean-when-nursery-plants-are-patented-or-trademarked
"Patenting may be an expensive, risky and time-consuming process. The cost to patent one variety may be thousands of dollars."
“There’s no guarantee that gardeners will love the new patented varieties right away,” said Altland. “So costs may never be recouped during the life of the 20-year patent.”

I am asking because if I sell certain grafted variety I want to make sure I don't sell something that is patented.
I know coconut cream is patented, bit not sure about other zills and other creators varieties.
