Jackfruit new leaves problem

This jackfruit plant is one year old and in 12x12 inch container. The new leaves are not developing properly as seen in the pic below. They are starting greenish yellow and remain small in size before falling off.

Thanks. Appreciate any help in identifying the problem.

After extensive googling it appears to be calcium deficiency. Any comments ?
