Hello everyone, I just bought a lemon plant 2 weeks ago, then I placed it in my garden directly, the plant was growing quite nice and started to have new shoots, and today I noticed that the new shoots seems like injured? anyone knows what it is?

From the picture you posted it is difficult to see clear enough to know for sure.  We need a more definitive picture.  However, from what I can see it might just be citrus scale.

Could it be as simple as say a hopper or katydid dining on it when the bud was opening? There is no real terminal shoot and one leaf looks only partial.
