i have honey dew, ananas melon, cntalupe, couple of noir de carmes melon seeds, kiwano ( African horned melon) and piel del sapo melon seeds

Tao Honey dew is every were here in the states, I have some seeds from one my wife ate , and she thought is was the best ever, pm me you address, and I will send you some seeds.

We have store fruit available, but I always thought they were F1 hybrids & therefore the fruit quality of the next generation would be poor or revert back to an ancestral type?

Thanks ChikaZ, that sounds really good, I'll pm.
Like you I had a whole collection of different fruits including
kiwano ( African horned melon).
 I had them in a conservatory, & self pollinated them, got a really excellent crop (bliss fruit), & saved the seed from the best, but next season all the seeds gave me (cntalupe, couple of noir de carmes, etc) were tough horned melons.
So I guess that horned melon is dominant, & its pollen reverted my cantaloupes into horn melons in the next generation.
