3 -4 years on average although it has been noted that they can and have fruit sooner.

Do you suggest to grow them in USDA 9 zone?And what about quality fruit compared to grafted one and/or normal black jaboticaba?

Never grew them and i'm interested to try this time.

Yes. They can do well in z 9. Quality is as good or better and they fruit sooner and are closer to dwarf than sabara as. I understand it.
