Good news for mango production. Lotsa panicales at my place but 99% of my panicles have not opened up into flowers so its looking good at my house at least. I'm thinking the damp hurts mangoes most when the flowers are open and subject to pollination. This is when the fungus can take hold. Or am I all wet? :)

Thats great news! The heavy rain the last few days has really greened up my garden and trees and accelerated bloom production. Drying off in a few more days would be perfect for them setting fruit.

Well, you probably are all wet, given this mornings weather.....but you are not wrong.  Although fungus can begin while the blooms still are closed, if you treat it before the blooms open, you are likely to not have much in the way of fungal related fruit setting reduction.
