Hey all, any info on this guy? I’m trying to find one online and can’t seem to pinpoint it anywhere. I’m thinking it’s not a part of the US collection yet but it’s been something that I’ve been searching for so long!!

Just about all fingerlimes are "everbearing", not sure what's special about this one.

It’s almost like pink ice, and I guess said to be more prolific than the rest.

I see on Judy's website that the tree is most productive between summer and autumn. All finger limes are productive during summer and autumn. I think Judy is just writing a lot of sales hype.

Hmm, I see. I’m mostly into finding other varieties of finger limes anyways, this was just one of those I couldn’t seem to find. I mean most I feel aren’t available to the US yet anyways.

Web site reeks of a big sales pitch for a lime that is not special......I am aware that some folks feel like any finger lime is special......and thats ok.

Personally I find fingerlimes are not very good at all...

I have never tried this variety. If it has good crops and also holds out of season fruit most of the year, thats great.
You probably would be better with a few fingerlimes at any time to use, than a heap at once.
My favorite types are the light green skin and green pulp and red types with red pulp.
Vars with khaki skin can have unusual flavors, something like lime plus moro blood orange, maybe a hint of Pummelo.
The skin can be stronger flavoured than the pulp.
If you have tried blood lime hybrid they can be similar to those flavors. Some typeswould be much better than Blood Lime.
Also some red or red green or khaki types may colour and taste different in different climates.
Some of these types originally come from Byron Bay/ Alstonville in NSW which is very mild subtropical.
I think Judy has been working with fingerlimes for a long time, and with many selections, so I would guess Judy's Everbearing is at least above average.
Again I havn't tried this var. There are plenty of selected types to try to track down and grow, some may have cleaner pulp and skin flavor profiles ???

OK... You can not import any citrus into the US from other countries. In FL you can not get citrus from any other state.

You can read and learn about varieties available in other countries, regardless of where you live.
as there were comments and questions made regarding finger lime varieties, seemed like good info to share.
was not implying anyone stateside should order from Oz. wouldn't work anyway.
...and I've found good finger limes in FL.
