"Green Red" Lychee

Has anyone heard of a variety of lychee called "Green Red".  I recently picked up a tree at Exotica and was told it is very rare, has a medium sized fruit that is mostly green with some red. I have not been able to find any information about this variety so any info would be great.

There is a lychee called "gua lu" which literally means hung green in chinese.  The lychee is mostly green when mature and is actually quite tasty
