The wage rate for citrus harvesters hired in Florida under the foreign workers program H-2A program, also known as the Adverse Effect Wage Rate (AEWR), was $11.20 per hour in 2017. In comparison, Florida’s minimum wage in 2017 was $8.10 per hour.  Surprised me, as it was higher than Florida's minimum wage at that time.

Sounds right as i have pay 15 to 20 per hour for workers.But i work them.

I only have one "hand" and he is a worker from Mexico that I found in front of Home Depot several years ago......can only afford one.........can not pay standard wages but can give enough perks to make up.........

I heard the COVID-19 affecting a lot of farmers in Wisconsin.  Hope they are doing fine soon.

Yes, the farm I actually help out and milk for sometimes here in Wisconsin is now being forced to dump their milk. Single family dairy farm. Such a sad thing as people are still consuming it.. Expect prices of milk to skyrocket soon I'm sure.
