As mentioned above, I got the seedling's budwood  from  Robert .

First 5* Citrumelo mature fruit sampled on 3 year old trees. The fruit has just begun to change color. I didn't expect much of the fruit, but it was sweet as well as acid and had a noticeable grapefruit flavor. There was a bit of bitterness
similar to grapefruit. The fruit was approximately 4 cm (1 1/2") in diameter, quite small. The Brix was 12.



When high grafted onto Poncirus the scions have survived and recovered after a low of 5°F (-15°C) during the past Winter.

I guess the fruit size will improuve with the age.
Below are the fruits from my 20 years old tree harvested today. The season was hot, 12° Brix, practically no perceptible internal oils, good lemonade when diluted three fold.

Your post is a very good demonstration how different are requirements for citrus growth at 28 and 48N.

Ilya how does Poncirus+ fruit size compare to other Poncirus fruits you have? Mine are markedly smaller. But, perhaps due to low seed count?

For me there is not much difference.

Yes, the first one is definitely a Prague.
UnshiuXJunos is probably a variety of Yuzu found  in a public garden in Yalta, it is also known as Yaltinsky hybrid.
Original tree is very resistant, its fruits are exceptionally aromatic, but otherwise indistinguishable from Yuzu.

They do stay for almost entire winter outside. Coconut coir drains perfectly, never had any problems with roots.
I guess perlite is good, but has a tendance of floating to the surface, while pebbles should be as small as possible.

Do you have any other recommendations for something that could be better?

Perlite is a good alternative for pumice. Also small clay pebbles.
I personally prefer to use 1:1 mixture of coarse cheap compost  and coconut husk mulch (in France it is sold as Paillage Coco). I  wash it several times with tap water to remove sea salts and equilibrate it with Epson salt solution. Coconut coir is porous and  is  a good exchanger for both cations and anions that prolongates  fertilizer action. 

Some are fruiting, would any of these naturally cross with my FD?

Of course, potentially there are no insurmountable barriers between these varieties.
But usually one will need an excess of foreign pollen to achieve hybridation. And again, poncirus varieties are usually flowering few weeks ahead of others.

It seems that A-026 was in a frame, was it flowering also in April?

Are fruits of poncirus already ripe in your region?

Тhe December Jan average is like 30'c day and 20'c night. It is quite a rainy humid area, so that drops the temp compared to inland.
I think the temp around that area got well into the high 30's at times.

Do you mean June-July? This is Southern Hemisphere

Interesting, I checked now my plants and all of them including poncirus varieties have green scales that are not very prominent for the moment. 
When do you think the difference starts to emerge? At the leaf fall?
