second tree w/ white flowers: Prunus carolilniana

third tree with compound leaves & white/purple flowers: Melia azedarach

fourth shrub: Duranta erecta

Palm fruit: likely Syagrus romanzoffiana

Last one: yes, that is a lychee tree

Angiopteris get HUGE! Unless you have a rather large conservatory/greenhouse, I doubt they would survive outside in St. Augustine

I've found them to be more ornamental than edible.

I worked at a nursery where the owner made fruit fly traps out of old tonic water bottles (yellow color label), cut the top off and invert into the bottom, add a little grapefruit juice. The flies would get trapped and die, it worked fairly well and was a good excuse to drink more G & T's!
