Need help to ID this avacado.

When I bought a home and there was a big avacado tree in the front yard but I don't know what variety of it. Please help!

The fruits are big, little fiber on the top where stem is.
The flesh is watery creamy white and the skin almost paper thin as you can see in the picture with the flashlight underneath.
The taste very mild about 50% less tasty than Hass.

Looks like it could be a golden, choquetta, pollock, or a poncho.
Some other details like when it flowers might also help u with better identification.

Most likely Fuerte or Bacon or seedling Mexican type!
