Kachai Lemon has the highest content of ascorbic acid of all citrus fruit. According to experts, the ascorbic acid content in this lemon is 51 percent with juice content being 36-56 ml per fruit.

Hmm, lemon pickles. I'll have to remember to try making those when I get 50+ meyer lemons and don't know what to do with them all.

Millet, these fruits don't look like lemons, they seem to be some kind of mandarins?
