Does this Longan trunk look healthy?

On the clearance rack of a Walmart somewhere on the west coast of Florida was this Kohala Longan. At $15, it was an offer I couldn't refuse. Does this look healthy? Thanks!

For $15 I wouldn't have thought twice, but they don't sell such tropicals here.  I'm very jealous.
