I was wondering if there is a distinct difference in taste between these 2, as I have had them at different times but thought they tasted/looked similar. Is there a difference in productivity?

Do you currently have either of these varieties?

That's a good question. I have an unknown purple variety that is not a heavy producer. Would like to add or replace with another. Have heard Fredricks is a good one but don't know?

I may be wrong, but I think Fredericks is better-suited for CA. I think PR and PP are good, and seem very productive.
