I did see one cultivar online , cannot find the name
, but did see this looking for it.

http://www.tropicalfruitforum.com/index.php?topic=11062.0

It was the size of a chicken egg
I think It could of been a (novelty)gimmick to get people to try it

Or maybe a fruit I never heard of.

(edit) Oh I see what I've seen earlier online is  Dasheri mango
but that is the only one I've seen that small (I am no mango expert )
Guess I'll head to the store now.

No body
I have no Idea of your trees
I saw tiny mangos
maybe the supplier had great tasting ones
these mangos measured the size of ping pong balls

I guess
I will start a business selling crab apples
the next best thing in Florida

Just kidding is all
In suppose it was a marketing ploy to get people to buy fruit
(baby fruit Oh so cute. I am only questioning )

(hahahha owner said he'd get more ping ball sized mango's tomorrow
I am only wondering>(

I looked at pictures , and it looks like some great tasting mango's are tiny
anyone help out a novice that knows nothings about such endeavors .

People that lived through famine will eat any thing.
There are people that eat those mango.
That's why you see them taking up space at a supermarket.

Very immature green mangoes are commonly used in Indian cooking, and probably other countries in that region.  Not sure if that is what you saw or not.

if they are green, then probably for pickling and stuff like that.

some mangoes ripen very small.

King Lion mangoes are about as small as I've seen, not much bigger than a nice sized egg. Pretty good too.
