Tropical Fruit Discussion / Re: Fire Ant Control?

Those ants come from my country “ Argentine” . They come in containers carrying sugar. Nothing to be proud about. The world is smaller now. We r all interconnected.

The one that I loved this time was aromatic with sweet cinnamon flavor. Yes the tree is from seed from fruit and spicy park. You have great memory. Yes maybe the rain has something to do with the lack of flavor of others

This is the first year my tree is producing. The first fruit it was awesome. But the next three not even close. Does anybody has any similar experience?

6 years ago I bought my house and I put all the seedlings that I had in the soil knowing that one day I would have to chose which one will stay. It s the time. They are competing and not producing fruit. If nobody is interested I would have to chopped them. But you have to dig them out. I am offering:

Two cinnamon apple trees 7 feet tall
Two seashore mangosteen 7 feet tall
One canistel 7 feet tall
Two Coconut palms 10 feet tall.

I’m in Fort Lauderdale. Let me know if you are interested

Yes. I also think some palm seeds lose viability very soon. It happens that I collect myself seeds from the side of the butia palm but germination were disappointed.

I recommend Butiia palms. B capitata and Butia eriophopata. The last one produce great fruits. It grows naturally in Rio de Janeiro Brazil .

This is a small tree used in Indian cuisine. Leaves are very aromatic. It is a pleasure to have in the garden.
