if they get chlorotic, try some chelated iron.

be careful, city water is a real killer.

Too early to ID for certain from your photos. Camu camu seedlings are very distinct looking, very upright and tall column like shape. They like very acid soil. Add at least 50% peat moss, or similar organic matter. Coconut coir would also work. Keep very well watered.

Yes I have about 4.  One is sickly, and 3 are doing well...and one of the three is doing really well.

They came back from the depths of chlorosis hell...from an early childhood with too much city water to drink!   They're only about 14 inch tall.

Tips about seashorre and lemon drop mangosteen

Start camu camu in 50% shade...and keep a dish underneath...use rain water if you can.  If you must use city water (with high pH, and chemical additives), maybe you can treat the water with citric acid, or chelated Fe?  Or even vinegar?

As for the garcinias...I don't think they'll be as problematic...just put them in root pruning pots if possible, or maybe deep pots.   They have long tap roots that need to be addressed...don't let them get root bound...prune the roots if you must!

Are you growing these in pots or in ground?

Also what type of water are you using?

The soil I am using is a commercial "hydroponic mix" that is approximately 1/3 coco coir, 1/3 pearlite and 1/3 pumice produced by Aurora Innovations.  I have been very happy with it as a seedling mix, especially in the cool winter months, as it is very airy while still holding some water.  I was losing a lot of seedlings last winter and I think it was due to their having to sit in heavy wet potting soils through the cold winter.  After switching to this media last fall I have been much more successful  with nursing my seedlings through the winter.

No, they are not all camu-camu.  I have 6 if those and an assortment of other Garcinia, Eugenia, Campomanesia and Plinia in my seedling station.

it can be hard to properly ID them without being able to see new growth, and top/bottom of leaves.  But I haven't seen many myrciaria seedlings pop up that remind me of Camu Camu...it has a peculiar look...the way the leaves alternate...reminds me of M. nana.  When M. jaboticaba or M. cauliflora sprout...they look like filaments, with less pronounced leaves.

Hi Adam, my camu camu plants look like yours. In fact i was wondering if Ethan's are really camu camu because shape of his plants is so different? But his leaves match up. Could there be different types of camu camu or are these differently shaped plants caused by climate or some other factor?

Oscar,

judging by the pics, it looks like they're camu camu...but without closeups of the new growth, and leaves fully grown (top and bottom), it's hard to tell for sure.
It looks like Ethan has really good water...and his plants look great.

There are definitely varieties of M. dubia...and maybe his are different?

I also think his growing conditions might have made his plants look different...

anything is possible.

Adam, thinking about it some more, my camu camu look identical to yours, and my growing conditions are quite different. Also plants here only get rain water. So i'm leaning to Ethan's plants, if they are really camu camu then they are probably a very different type of camu camu. Hi Ethan, are you willing to say where you got your seeds? How about you Adam? Just trying to compare sources?
