Which one? 6 month old nabal or 4 year nabal?
« on: April 28, 2018, 09:52:40 PM »
My landscaping project is moving along. About a week behind schedule but first set of plants went into the ground today.

I have an 8-10 foot plot set aside for a nabal avocado. I have a 6 month old nabal about 2 feet tall and my original 4 year old nabal that has been through some rough times but scraped along and is alive. I can keep both trees as I have a side spot 6-8 feet) in the front yard for the other tree. The dilemma is that the backyard spot would be permanent. The front yard spot is for experimenting so it may come down in a few years if I decide to change it.

I think I know the answer but which plant should get the prime/permanent spot? I ask because I’d like to get an opinion other than my own before committing. Big prokect and I’m getting anxious.

Thanks in advance

K

No opinions? 🤔

I put in the smaller younger tree. I think it will catch up and be healthier in the long run.
