San Mateo new cherimoya variety

Seedling from Peru produces 4k fruits. The graft on the pix was preform in April 2014 and produce a 2.12 pounds fruit.

Behl and I are testing 20 new cherimoya varieties. I prefer to keep it private but I can tell you the linage is from the best cherimoya in the world from Peru

JF it's not 2.12 but 2lb 12oz. Which is 2.75lb.

Tasting will be done next week. Stay tuned for pics, analysis,  and recommendation

I previously requested to buy a grafted Pierce from you.  Would a San Mateo be available in the future as well?

Sorry don't want to cheat it one once. I am still amazed how that twig was able to hold a 2.75lb monster.....we can reason that a five year old tree could hold an 8lb
