Also, has anyone come across this fruit picker? Is it something found online/in store or a DIY thing? If it's DIY can someone provide the link please?

Nice looking picker. To me it looks DIY. I could make one like this very easily as could any metalworker with a vise, hammer, and welder, using 1/4 inch (6 mm) diameter metal rod. Just bring the fruit size and photo, this should be easy to make for any specific size large or small. It might get heavy for large fruit like pomello, though! Thanks.
