Any Lychee grove owners of significant size,  will gladly get a generous amount of honey in exchange for placing a few hives there for a couple months.  February and April. Lychee honey is very good.  The samples I gave my central Florida bee breeders, were very well recieved. One said, my wife likes it better than all my honey's.

Might be interested, depending upon how you define "significant size."  How many trees are needed to meet your needs?  Of course, I assume you'd prefer blooming trees.....as last year we had very little bloom in my neck of the woods.  Hopefully this year will be better.
