Hey everyone, just experimented with my cinnamon tree and the allspice with fresh halibut and it was 100% certified delicious. It was sauteed in a sauce of allspice, bay rum, cinnamon, rice vinegar, and a tad of ponzu. Don't know the exact measurements because as I stated before that I just experimented with this recipe, it did have to be sauteed for 5 hrs. Regards-PM
