I put two in the ground last week.

In my yard Pickering is a winner.
M-4 and sugarloaf I pulled the fruit this year hopefully next year I will
have some fruit to compare?

This stuff works and so far is the only thing I have found that kills the Sri Lankan Weevil.
When you spray it the next day the weevils are gone
You have to reapply as the next cycle of weevils morph out in 4-6 weeks.
The problem is the weevils also infests oak trees and once they are in an
area it's impossible to get rid of them completely. Keep the young mangos
clean so they can get going. I never spray this stuff on fruit or flowering trees.
If the young mango trees have flowers I would wait until you pull the panicles
then hit them with this poison

The top fruit we have Thai dwarf from a mature tree that has been fruiting for over
8 years
The bottom fruit is from a one year old Siam Jumbo fruiting for the first time

No contest the Siam Jumbo wins easily. I can't wait for this tree to get bigger and
produce even bigger better juicier fruit.

Here is a plate with mulberries from 10 trees with 9 different varieties.
This year the birds are letting me have my mulberries.
Two new ones this year include Siam Jumbo and Frank's Moms
The Siam Jumbo is the juiciest mulberry I have ever tried and very
good sweet flavor. Frank's Mom is a Mulberry I received from Frank
that he found at his Mom's house. It has large leaves like a Tice but it
is the best Mulberry I have ever tried. Nice juicy sweet berry. I have two
others in my yard that are suppose to be Tice and it blows them away.
The World's Best looks like the Thai Dwarf but the mulberry is a little
sweeter.   

I am in Florida but most of my avocados are pushing new growth now and
flowers. Seems like all my trees droop in the Winter and push new growth
in the Spring. It's hard to tell in the picture but I think I see swollen buds
about to push on your tree.

Pickering has a reputation of being a slow grower. That doesn't seem to be the
case with your tree. There are so many mangos I wonder what characteristic led
the person to pick Carrie? Hopefully you will have fruit this year and can determine
what type it is. Maybe a little nitrogen fertilizer after the fruit is harvested should
green it up. This is my Pickering
