Title: Lemon or Lime Caipirosca

1 lemon or Lime
1 Shot of vodka
1 spoon of sugar
   Crush ice cubes

Wash the fruit thoroughly, cut the fruit into cubes or slices. Remove the seeds and the inner white core.(to remove extra bitterness)

Add the cubed or sliced fruit with the sugar in a large a cup. lightly pound the fruit and sugar, so that the aroma and flavor is released. Let it to rest for few minutes.

Then add the shot of vodka and crushed ice, mix well and serve the Caipirosca in cup and decorate with a thin slice of lemon or lime!

Also, what about the mint sprig ?

Hi Rob,

I fixed it! Thanx :) I would roughly cut the fruit instead!

The mint sprig is only for decor.

I made this tonight with 2 shots and lime. Delicious. This is great. Thanks for posting it :)
