Shiranui and Tahoe ripening?

 I got Shiranui and Tahoe starting to ripen but don’t know when do they suppose to ripen. They are under lights growing in my grow room.

If you have at least a few of each type, I'd start eating them now and pick one every week or so until they are full orange, and you can see for next time when the best time to pick is.

I read somewhere that shiranui needs to ripen 2 months more after getting orange. Mine is getting orange only where it gets sunshine.

They get orange only in sunshine. That's the fact. It's not an issue though.

In Japan Shiranui (Dekopon) is harvested between December through February.  Here in Colorado (greenhouse grown) the fruit on my tree began to color up 3 weeks ago, and today are fully yellow.  I ate one several days ago, and it was good, but not as sweet as it should have been.  I am going to leave mine hang for a while, and taste again in a week.  Know that the Japanese growers let them set after picking for 20 to 40 days wrapped in paper to let the acids reduce and the sugars increase.
