Wow, that is so cool! Congrats! Can you tell us about the growing conditions? I have been eyeing these for a few years and would like to try them out someday.

Can you compare the taste to anything? Recipes to share?

Gac grows well in the sun, it does not like too much of shade. I water the plants about twice a week. The fruits in the photo were set with hand pollination. Regarding taste, a friend of mine told me that the tender fruits can be used in stir fry like M.charantia but without the bitterness.. Since I am at the moment in US, when I return to India on the 17th of May, I will be able to give a personal opinion about taste.
