Hard to remember the seed acquisition ,as it was early 1990s like 91 or 92 crfg .The  seedling fruit had thumbprint  like skin not much larger than 2 inch fruit. Also made sugarlata! aka saramoya back in the 91 or 92 years.Har gave me the bug.Fun to mess around!

Tikal reticulata X cherimoya cross ,red firm flesh, raspberry overtone flavor.Best quality fruit is in Winter and Spring in Florida.

What Har said is on the money, weak crochet on tree limbs. Some types just produce a lot of those type crochets.Even Wood weakness varies between mango varieties a lot.

I have the original tree of this fruit, a grafted one here in Thailand. They are soft and taste as normal noina's, small fruit with purple skin. It blooms non-stop.

Then this fruit is a big improvement over the soft fleshed fruit in Thailand.Good going luke keep up the improvements.

Jay the malay apple fruit very prone to pests here .They are only good in the winter(off season).
This tree came from Borneo (gift) from former director Chris Rollins of fruit and spice park. His first trip to Borneo in the early 1990s.One thing very good about this strain is it fruits 3 to 4 times a year.Been fruiting for a month now with more blooms close behind.
Hummingbirds love the flowers ,one time there was at least 100 in the tree fighting over the flowers.

Just plant your  Junglesop seeds in the ground .I did over 2 years ago no problems, same with safou. You might have to put some chicken wire around them to protect from armadillos and others.
