In fact it seams it is the Assam lemon (Citrus longilimon).

Its main characteristic is to have unarticulated leaves as shown on the pictures.

Hm, leaves not separated from stem is one of the marks for definition of pure citrus medica in old botanical books.

I know but there are few exceptions, like Citrus polyandra (ex Clymenia polyandra),  Citrus longilimon and Citrus inodora (ex Microcitrus inodora).
And now Citrus odichukuthi if it appears to be different than Citrus longilimon.
