Your only option in the US for grafted plants that ships is Frankie's in Hawaii. They usually send pretty nice plants. They don't always have them in stock though.

Let us know when they are in season,
the nly problem is from seed might take like 8yrs or more  :)
worse yet in the islands you wait that long and then one day hurricane passes and blows your tree down lol
that really hurts.

These seeds loose viability really fast. I purchased quite a few rotten ones already. I have some small seedlings now but they are struggling along and I think they HATE wet feet. Even the 3 gallon seedling I got from Zill had virtually zero root systyem when I downsized it to a 1 gallon root pruning pot. I am shocked it is still alive. I have heard that these can be grafted onto mango rootstock but I have also heard the contrary. I am going to try to approach graft a mango seedling onto the tree I got from Zill to see if it takes. Oscar sells budwood but there is a 20 piece minimum.

Yes, young seedlings seem extremely susceptible to fungal/root fot.  ZHPP has had a real problem with it in the past.

As far as grafting onto M. indica, I to have heard of mix results.  I have sesn a number of failed grafts with no takes however dont k ow if it was due to incompatibility or environmental  conditions that caused the failure.

I was thinking I would use a poly mango since I heard they originate from SE Asia and monos come from India. I am not sure if that is true though. I figured an approach graft would have the best chance.

I know these fruit in Florida and it has been almost impossible to get a tree. Frankie's was out a while back when I emailed them. If I figure out a magic combo I will start cranking these out. Maybe Casturi? I know Campbell and Ledesma were using that as an interstock for some the the other Mangifera species.

How much?
