Citrus Buy, Sell, & Trade / Mature fast flowering trifoliata
« on: January 12, 2022, 07:47:19 PM »
I have 4 or 5 trees over 18 inches tall that have all produced fruit this past year. I am selling them for $90 each including shipping in the USA. I can hold them until March if you are in a freeze zone. I want to ship these before they bloom so you will get fruit this coming fall. First come first served. I have a few smaller ones for $50 each.

The nonsense of Ebay... True dwarf, Lmfao! Sorry you won't get a dwarf tree from a cutting even if it was taken from a tree on dwarf rootstock...

This is a first, but you know how they say water stress will promote blooming. We hadn't had rain here in over a month, now it has rained for almost a week straight... Well, my inground as well as my seedling fast tri plants are all re blooming. First for everything I guess. I'll get photos when I can.

Citrus General Discussion / Villafranca lemon?
« on: May 27, 2019, 02:30:52 PM »
Has the Villafranca lemon tree completely vanished from the USA? A few years back you could find them everywhere. Now it is impossible to find them anywhere. Anyone have a lead, please let me know.

One of these citrons looks very similar to my Carolina reaper peppers.

I think I need to find a source.

Cold Hardy Citrus / Variegated sour orange seedlings.
« on: May 25, 2019, 11:10:43 AM »
My neighbor who I gave the variegated sour orange to years ago, sold his house this spring. Before he moved I grabbed the last of the fruit from the tree. The resulting seedlings... As soon as they get a little size to them, I'll find a place in the yard to plant them. I no longer have access to the tree, the new owners are trash & will probably cut the tree down... Yeah I know, I should have taken budwood...
