added FROST RESISTANT COFFEE

This sounds very interesting.  Could you describe this coffee variety a bit more?  What's its name, where does it grow, and what sort of conditions has it been able to handle?  What does it taste like?

Hi

I don't have too much additional information. That is the exact commercial name CLONED COFFEE FROZEN RESISTANT. It is a variety of Coffea arabica, with a promoted production of 40-50 bags of coffee per hectare.

Plants were crossed to support low to moderate frozen temperatures.

Hi

Good question about the date of the post.

Brazilian post offices have been terribly slow and confused since November, they are implementing new systems and working with a small staff of staff.

Even internal orders that took two useful, to be delivered are taking up to five days.

So the ideal is to follow the tracking and see how they are following the packages.

Thanks

Ohh that's the answer for some of my packages purchased in November 2017. Some have been in IBAMA for 1 month and reached my country in 2 months. Some are still in Brazil after 3 months.

Hope they will improve after implementing the new system. But another question is when?

Giampaolo and Sytanta

I'm not saying anything about the seller, I'm just saying that since November the post office in Brazil is undergoing a series of operational and structural changes, frankly, I do not believe it improves anything, today Brazil is impregnated with idiot political ideologies, both left and right, in fact with the growing nationalism that we are seeing here, I even fear that in the near future, they will not even let seeds of the country leave, the famous policies of national security, protection of biodiversity and other crap .. .

Thanks Alexandre for the info! If your fear becomes a reality in the near future and with the current deforestation rate, many species will vanish even before being known about. One hope is other countries which share some of Brazil's biodiversity won't follow Brazil's policies.

Hi

This idea generates conflict of ideas, I do not think we need to send seeds abroad to maintain our biodiversity, we ourselves have competence for this and we are already doing it here in Brazil. I agree to send as a business, just to publicize, disclose the species ultimately helps preserve. As foreigners speak, we Brazilians are destroying the world, as if they had not cleared their forests before us!

Unfortunately deforestation exists worldwide, is a disease, this in Brazil, the rest of the Amazon, Asia, Africa, etc., I would like to know if you in Vietnam are sending seeds of its great biodiversity, for us Brazilians preserve? While your forest turns to immense coffee plantations in Conilon? I've never heard anything about Vietnamite seeds being donated or sold to maintain biodiversity.

Seeds and tropical plants are a profitable business, they are sources of medicines, food, phytotherapics, woods, etc. I do not believe in these good intentions of preservation, but as I said at the beginning, it's just my opinion and no reason for conflict!

I will stop the posts so as not to mess up the page of the seller, which in advance I apologize for posting on your page!

Hi Alexandre,

If I pissed you off with my opinion, I sorry for that. To be clear and short, here's what I meant:

- I wanted to say that Brazilians were destroying the jungle and/or similar but no other countries did: absolutely NO

- I wanted to say that you and Brazilian friends were not able to maintain Brazilian biodiversity: absolutely NO

- I wanted to say that as a fruit lovers and collectors, being not able to get exotic species from Brazil was a very sad news, was that I shall look for other countries with easier exporting rules

And sorry sir Carlos for messing up your post. I just wanted to express my experience in purchasing seeds, not pissing people off.
