INGREDIENTS
One cup of soursop pulp
One banana
One cup of almond milk (can also use dairy or coconut milk)
Four cubes of ice
INSTRUCTIONS
Cut the soursop into half and remove the pulp with a spoon.
Remove all of the seeds – it helps to chop up the soursop pulp with a knife.
Place soursop, banana, milk and ice into blender and blend until it reaches a smooth consistency.

made the same thing yesterday, but with black sapote added. very good! masked the gasoline aftertaste of the soursop.

What was difficult about it? Soursop can be a little overwhelming but the banaana really helps to smooth out the flavor and consistency of the smoothie.

i think he is referring to deseeding the sousop. I bought mine frozen so it was already done.

Oh. Get in there with your hands! The seeds are in little "sacs" within the soursop flesh so all you need to do is give them a little squeeze a and they pop right out. You can remove all the seeds from a large soursop in about 5 minutes once you accept that you will get a little messy.
