I have one of Laaz Fast Flowering seedlings.   It had a small flowering its second year, and produced one fruit.  Presently it is growing in a Root Maker air root pruning container.  Makes a great container tree.

8-10 years in zone 6, at least in the Central European climate or when the trunk diameter is around 2cm (0.78 inches)
