Dragonfruit information
« on: May 20, 2018, 02:03:09 PM »
Hi, So recently I’ve been interested in planting a few dozen dragonfruit plants in my backyard. However, I’m a novice when it comes to varieties. I am interested in growing red, white and purple fleshed dragon fruits  but I don’t know which are the best varieties within each type in terms of fruit size, production and taste since I’ll be selling the fruit at the local farmers market so I want to give customers a large but also tasty fruit. In terms of the red I’ve been told that zamorano and the original H. Costaricensis are the best. Then white I’ve heard about Thompson, H1 and the common Vietnamese varieties. Purple haze is the only in terms of purple. Are there any experts that could help me

for White is Vietnamese white, self fertile, it is the one of the few plant and leave no real requirement, this also gives many fruits through the year. purple flesh is known to be Halleys Comet or Physical Graffiti.
