C-35 is STRONGLY incompatible with Eureka Lemon.

At the bottom of every container is what is called  perched water table.  This will occur even in containers with no bottom.  This is where water remains even after completely draining. Your trees roots above the perched water table look fine.  50 percent peat an 50 percent coco bark is not a very good medium.    A 5-1-1 would be a much ;better soil blend.

I would think growing pine trees in-between citrus rows would:  1.  gobble up a lot of the moisture from the citrus, 2. block out much of the light. 3. Rob a lot of the fertilizer from the citrus.

A  pH of about 7.8 is the highest pH level that a Carrizo rootstock will grow.  Above that pH don't even try.

Living in a hotter climate like Kulasa  where you could water every other day in fast draining medium one can fertilize more often.  Actually one could fertilize a fast draining medium daily at about 1/10 the recommended label directions.

How  much sunlight does this tree get.   The energy to grow and most importantly to produce fruit requires a lot of sunlight, and of course enough fertilizer.

Although Florida’s bearing citrus acreage has tumbled 50% since the finding of HLB in 2005, the Sunshine State still has the most bearing citrus acreage in the United States. I ordinally had the same problem.    increased the fertilizer and my Sumo were larger and all had a good necks.

Vnomonee, UCR's 488 page Citrus Production Manual no where mentions citrumelo as a viable rootstock. Personally, I have never used citrumelo.  There must be a reason why UCR does not even list it as a usable rootstock.

I started the tree from seed 2 years ago.  This spring the tree is flowering for the first time at 20  inches tall.

Thanks Gaylord.  Your video is the first one I have see of the fruit.  I have a tree that bloomed last year but did not set fruit.    Perhaps this year.
