Lucy glow apple

Anyone seen these pink flesh apples?  Anyone growing it?  I guess its patented and hard to get.  They taste amazing and look cool too.  They have them at sorouts in poway. 

Theres a store locater on this website if you want to try them.  I think they may be the best apple ive tried.

Not familiar with that exact cultivar but i have a red flesshed apple ,,Red love era,, and a really rare pink fleshed pear wich didnt made fruit iet.
The color red in apples if from anthocyanin wich is a healthy antioxidant.
Because of this antioxidant,red apples dont oxidate like the white apples and you can keep them peeled in the fridge without turning brown.
They are suposedly more healthy than white fleshed apples but will never be as sweet .
