Planted this 25 gallon red jabo 11 months ago. Has started fruiting last November, but just a couple fruit here and there. This week dunno what changed but it has blooms and fruit up to some of the tiniest branches. This is just from one side. Other side has about same. Very happy with this little tree.
If you prune the inner most branches so the sun hits the trunk it will fruit more. Same goes for any jobo.
Will the color become black on full ripeness?--Thanks and Regards,Bestin Jose.
how long do you reckon it'll take one of them red boys to fill out a 75 gallon fabric pot
How’s the skin on the red jabo? Tasty? Thin? How tall is your tree?
