Turfpro Products: a FL-based organic fertilizer line
« on: September 19, 2015, 08:44:48 AM »
When asking Adam, of Flying Fox Fruits, which organic fertilizers he likes, he recommended Turfpro products.  They have a few different products, but they all focus on microbe activity, which is what I am looking for.  They even have a turfpro with chelated iron!

Just placed an order for:  Turfpro w/ Iron, Indian River (a fish hydrosolate), and the agripro dry fertilizer.  Will try to update after using it for a while.

If you are considering purchasing, contact them, and tell them Adam recommended you, and you get a 10% discount.

Just FYI

Jeff,

thanks for posting a thread about this.

technically speaking, the TurfPro/AgriPro are soil inoculants  and soil conditioners, with micro-nutrients and live biology...although they do sell organic fertilizers (fish emulsion and a few others I beleive)

I thought they discontinued the TurfPro Fe (iron formula)?

I love that stuff, because it's very safe to use (I have messed up some plants using too much chelated Fe, with some of the products like sprint 330 they are so heavily concentrated in powder form, it's easy to overdo it.)

keep me posted on your experience with their products...so far I have been extremely impressed...I mostly use the dry product now, it only takes about 3% added to a total mixture of potting soil...so if you properly use the product it will go a long way!

Mr FFF, Cookie Monster and other experts:
Have any of you used a product like Cyco's Dr. Repair?
It treats chlorosis and environmental stresses. Analysis below.

Eugenia luschnathiana = CURUIRI.    Talisia esculenta = PITOMBA
I do not recommend people deal with Fruit Lovers, Prisca Mariya or Fernando Malpartida
